The PARKING LOCK  is designed to provide parking for the general public, as well as for drivers with special privileges and needs. These include spaces reserved for monthly, annual renters, owners, renters of condominium, co-op parking spaces, disabled drivers and company executives and visitors.
In dedicated parking garages, access to the entire garage or to a designated area within it can be restricted using a single access controlled barrier.
In a mixed-use application, however, access needs to be controlled on an individual parking space basis.

Remote control parking lock has been installed in the following types of applications:

Individual User 
This is the simplest configuration; one user is authorized to use a single parking space. An example is a residential condominium where a specific parking space is assigned to a building resident. The solution is to provide a PARKING LOCK to him.  Up to 12 remote controls can be programmed per parking lock for the residents family and guests.
Corporate Parking 
In this scenario, a company has a number of spaces reserved for its important employees and/or visitors. Therefore, it needs to reserve some spaces for these people.
Retail Parking 
In this usage, a number of parking spaces in front of strip-mall/mall stores are remotely controlled from inside the store. The spaces are protected by remote control parking locks, and when a customer approaches, a store employee activates the appropriate parking lock with remote control.
